Data Entery operator
Responsibility:
• Monitoring MSDS and SOPs in all departments of hospital
• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of project with improvement and reporting of matters to Assistant managers, Managers and SEMC management.
• Assist assistant manager in developing a detailed project solution to any problems that arise
• Manage day to day affairs of work/ activities and will be responsible to carried-out activities and all work related to the project assigned by assistant manager, manager and SEMC management
• Assist assistant manager in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports or any other periodic as per the requirement of SEMC and PITB
• Assist assistant manager in forecasting, managing and reports on project operations and resources utilization, understands basic assessment and reward system comprises of two components individual performance evaluation and institutional performance evaluation, key performance indicators and for completion of activities/work and making decisions accordingly
• Assist assistant manager in establishing strategies to improve the access and quality of plan and will be responsible for coming up with an actual project schedule (kips).
• Assist assistant manager in determining project process, establish project team, and ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities
• Assist assistant manager to communicate schedule, program assumptions, and constraints to users/department.
• Assist assistant manager in conducting trainings/ workshops on as and when required or on the demand of SEMC and PITB
• Assist assistant manager to ensure successful assessment and operationally of the activity
• Resolution of any issue arising during the execution of the project at the facility level coordinate with teem and SEMC management.
• Conduct readiness assessment on indicators in coordination with data analysts, assistant manager and manager SEMC and PITB)
• Ensure if the assessment strategies are implemented and followed in structured and coherent manner
• Ensure timely writing of assessment report keep ensure timely data collection timely reporting to upper management
Carry out any other duties as assigned or required track of all programmed assessment schedules monitoring and overseeing the data entry operator
